Terms of Sale – Forfinesse

Article 1 – Seller Information

Article 2 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale apply to all sales made to consumers on the Forfinesse website. By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms.

Article 3 – Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Forfinesse may change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one shown when you place your order.

Article 5 – Orders
Your order is confirmed once you accept these Terms and your payment is approved. You will then receive a confirmation email. Forfinesse may refuse or cancel an order in case of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online and securely, using the methods offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Your account is charged when you place your order.

Article 7 – Shipping
Products are shipped from our partner warehouses in China.

  • Order processing takes 1 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery takes about 7 to 20 business days after shipping.

These times are estimates. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, contact us through the "Contact" button on our website. You can then ask to cancel your order and get a refund, under article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code. Any customs duties are paid by the customer.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
Under article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. You must tell us through the "Contact" button before sending anything back.

The item must be returned:

  • unworn and unwashed,
  • in perfect condition,
  • with its original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Your refund will be made within 14 days after we receive and check the item, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Article 9 – Delivery Issues or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or the product is defective, contact us through the "Contact" button. Include your order number and photos. Forfinesse will then offer you a replacement or a refund.

Article 10 – Legal Warranties
All products are covered by:

  • the legal warranty of conformity, for 2 years from delivery (articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code);
  • the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Article 11 – Liability
Forfinesse is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control (force majeure);
  • an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Article 12 – Personal Data
The data we collect is used only to process your orders. You have the rights granted by the GDPR, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Article 13 – Mediation and Disputes
If you have a dispute, please contact Forfinesse first. If we cannot find a solution together, you may contact the consumer mediator free of charge: MICHAELO ANGELO, PARIS FRANCE FORFINESSE.com . These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
